hope you are happy with your purchases. However, if you wish to
return any items, we will refund or exchange a product provided it
is in a fully re-saleable condition.
Returns
Policy
You
have 28 days to return a product to us, providing it is unused and
in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty
or damaged, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not
when a product is simply unwanted.
You
must let us know within seven working days from the day after the
goods were received that you wish to return goods. Once delivery has
been made and the seven working days has expired, refunds and
exchanges can only be given in accordance with your legal rights.
In
the interests of hygiene, earrings and pierced body jewellery are
non-returnable.
Cancellation
Policy
Under
the Consumer Protection (distance selling regulations), you have up
to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel
your order in writing.

items are sent by First Class via The Royal Mail. Larger orders
may be sent by courier, usually DHL

our prices include post & packaging for the United Kingdom except to the
following destinations: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland
– Postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26,
PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of
Scilly – Postcodes: BT, IM, TR21-25. Southern Ireland and the
Channel Islands are classed as International destinations.
